Fleur has 11 years experience in corporate recruitment and three years real estate experience working with McGrath Estate Agents, Sydney.
At McGrath, Fleur was the Regional Business Development Manager, and responsible for recruiting over 100 sales people for the company - including many of their top performers. She also recruited senior management, administrative and operational roles, and grew McGrath from three offices to nine, achieving an impressive staff retention rate of over 90% year on year.
Fleur launched P3 Recruitment in 2005 with the desire to bring a higher level of service to real estate and property recruitment, and to provide expert advice on how to employ and retain staff.
Fleur is qualified with a First Class Honours degree in Psychology from the University of Sydney. Her training in psychology gives her a unique insight into what drives and motivates candidates.
