Rebecca has 13 years of real estate experience, in both residential and commercial sectors. In New Zealand she has worked with Ray White and Harcourts, and more recently held the position of General Manager with Raine & Horne Double Bay (the premier Raine & Horne office in Australia).
As General Manager, Rebecca was responsible for operations, finance, and compliance, as well as human resources and recruitment, and this experience has been invaluable. She is now extremely well placed to see the two sides of the recruitment equation - both the employer's and candidate's point of view.
