P3 collects the following information:

  • Job-seeker or consultant information from resumes, CV’s and applications.
  • Information related to work performance.
  • Information related to references and background checks.

We need to gather personal information to find our clients appropriate placements, and to help job seekers find work.

How do we use and/or disclose personal information?

We use personal information for the purpose it was submitted for, as well as for some further services provided to our clients. We may disclose personal information to:

  • Potential employers or employees.
  • Nominated referees.
  • Anyone to whom we’re legally obligated to disclose information.
  • Organisations that conduct background and criminal record checks (this must be kept confidential and adhere to privacy laws).
  • Educational centres, in order to verify qualifications.

Is my information secure?

Your personal information is important, and we’ll take all reasonable steps to protect it from misuse or unauthorised access. And we will destroy any information we don’t have use for or are bound by law to keep.
