Our client is a well-known and incredibly successful and well respected franchise agency located in Western Sydney. They have an extremely well regarded profile and are looking for a respected Team Leader to oversee their large property management team.
Working autonomously and reporting to the Director you will have the opportunity to manage a first class property management department. Our client is seeking someone with a strong commitment to their profession and a mature attitude and approach to life.
Overseeing the department, you will be responsible for guiding and overseeing staff, recruiting and training of new team members, identifying training and development needs, conducting regular meetings to ensure KPI’s and targets are met, supervise landlord and tenant communication to ensure high levels of client service is maintained, reduce tenancy arrears and tribunal appearances, and develop identify new business opportunities.
The successful applicant for this role will be an accomplished Team Leader or Department Head. Your communication and people skills must be exemplary, with the ability to develop strong working relationships with colleagues. You will be thorough, systems oriented with meticulous attention to detail. You will have proven ability to build strong customer relationships and maintain an excellent customer focus. An extensive knowledge of the residential tenancies act, strata title legislation, anti-discrimination act, trade practise and fair trading legislation is essential as is a current certificate or registration, car and drivers licence.
