Due to the continued growth of this brand, an exciting opportunity is currently available for an experienced Sales Manager to take control of the day to day running of the sales side of the business, with particular focus on coaching and leading the sales team. This is a newly created role (in order to free up the Principal) and your core responsibilities will include performance management of the individual sales agents; recruitment, training and development of new agents; mentoring, coaching and leading the sales team; conducting weekly meetings and training sessions as well as working one-one-one with agents to improve their performance and skill-set. You will be involved in setting the sales targets and ensuring delivery; devising and implementing the marketing strategy and also developing systems and procedures for streamlining efficiency in the office.
To take on this opportunity, you must have a proven track record and success in real estate industry. Importantly, you must also be someone who enjoys nurturing others and seeing them grow and develop. We want someone capable of growing the gross comms that the current team write and also training and developing newer agents.
