About the Company
Our client is a boutique residential real estate agency and one of the most recognised brands in Australia when it comes to prestige property. Part of a multi office network, they are looking for a Property Manager to join one of their leading offices on the Upper North Shore.
About the Role
This is seriously a dream role where you will be responsible for managing a rent roll of ONLY 60 properties. You will be responsible for the A to Z of PM and hold the relationships with your landlords and tenants so you will have full control of the portfolio. But you are not on your own – you will have admin and accounts support and also be working alongside other experienced and professional Property Managers! Along with your monthly pay you will also be entitled to receive up to $2K extra in KPI incentives – just for doing your job! Skills and Experience
To be successful in this role you will be immaculately presented and posses a pro-active “can do” attitude and have 1-2 years experience within the real estate industry. This would be a great opportunity for someone wanting their next step up from a Leasing Consultant or Property Officer into a Property Manager role. The successful candidate will also have local area knowledge, Certificate of Registration, experience using REST, Filesmart, Agent Box & Microsoft Office
