About the role
Due to growth of the portfolio they now have the opportunity for an exceptional Property Manager to join their successful, friendly and professional team. You will be managing a portfolio of 130 properties with the support of a leasing consultant, administrator, and Accountant. Your role will entail building strong relationships with the landlords and vendors, organising repairs and maintenance requests, and carrying out ingoing and outgoing inspections.
Skills & Experience
To take on this role you must have 1-2 years experience in property management, a driver’s license and a reliable vehicle, knowledge of REST, and a Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License. A highly organised person with an eye for detail and a passion for people and delivering exceptional customer service. You will be immaculate in terms of your presentation and have stellar communication skills. You will be rewarded with a generous salary package of up to $65K package.
