Leasing Consultant / Property Officer

  • Apply your customer service skills and step into a Property Officer / Leasing Executive role, with a fast track into becoming a Property Manager within that agency.
  • Taking rental enquiries for properties
  • Hold prospective tenants inspections/opens homes
  • Selecting and reference checking appropriate tenants
  • Preparing and signing up lease agreements
  • Answering general queries and providing customer service
  • Maintaining office files and database system
  • Identify new opportunities for business growth
  • Monday to Saturday with RDO


  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Customer service and goal driven
  • Previous real estate experience mandatory
  • Must have a current Certificate of Registration
  • Must have a valid drivers license and reliable car
  • You must want to progress your career into sales
