This leading Inner West agency requires a first class senior property manager to join their team. Working as part of an experienced team in a gorgeous office, this is a fabulous opportunity for a seasoned property manager who wants to have autonomy and control of their portfolio, and be in a position of seniority overseeing junior members of the team.
This role has an emphasis on landlord and tenant relationships, as well as other duties including routing inspections, arrears, tribunals, repairs and maintenance, rent reviews and Tribunals. You will also have the services of a strong support team who handle accounts, end of month and leasing and administration.
Our client is looking for someone with a strong commitment to their profession and a mature attitude and approach. You must have excellent organisational skills, the ability to prioritise and have an excellent eye for detail. Your communication and people skills must also be exemplary.
To qualify for this role, you must have 4+ years property management experience, have a strong knowledge of the residential tenancies act, be familiar with property management software including REST, hold a current certificate of registration/license and have a reliable vehicle and license. This role is Monday to Friday so you can keep your weekends!
