We get that job hunting can be overwhelming and stressful, but we’ll guide you every step of the way.  

It all starts when we meet you (sounds obvious, but you'd be surprised how many recruiters skip this bit)! We love putting names to faces, and getting to know a bit about you - your hopes, dreams and aspirations.

Together we’ll make a shortlist of jobs and companies that fit your brief and then it’s over to us. We’ll use our book of contacts to get you interviews in the companies you want to work with, whether they have an opening or not.

We won’t just show you the active roles we have on our books – we will think outside the square and make proactive introductions to companies we feel would be a great fit. In fact, 2 out of 5 of P3's placements are made in this way.

We also organise all the interviews, prep you on each job, provide you with constructive feedback and give you regular updates so you always know where you stand.

Then, once an offer comes in, we’ll negotiate salary and contract conditions on your behalf. When you land your dream role, we don’t just walk away – we’ll keep in touch and will always be available for additional advice or support.
