Our client is a high performing Real Estate agency based in the Macarthur region and beyond looking for their next experienced Industrial Property Manager to join their growing team. They are renowned for their outstanding results they achieve for their clients while helping them to grow substantial investment portfolios, with several going well into the $100 million range.

The Position

In the role of Commercial Property Manager your responsibilities will include:

  • Manage a neat and tidy portfolio of over 80 tenancies
  • Responding to maintenance requests, working closely with centre and facility managers to ensure work orders are completed
  • Oversee arrears management
  • Manage rent reviews, lease renewals and lease negotiations is a must
  • Maintaining existing relationships with asset owners, tenants, facility & centre managers - ensuring strong communication at all times

The Person

The ideal candidate for the role of Commercial Property Manager will have/be:

  • Current NSW Certificate of Registration and/or Real Estate License
  • Commercial understanding is essential
  • First class written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong working knowledge of building services and real estate market activities, developments and trends.
  • Must be passionate about a career in the commercial sector
  • Impeccable time management and organisational skills
  • Current Driver's Licence and a reliable vehicle
