Property Officer

The Position

In the role of Property Officer your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting Open for Inspections
• Managing and responding to leasing enquiries
• Tenant application processing
• Attending routine, ingoing and outgoing inspections and relevant reporting processes
• Liaising with landlords regarding feedback from reports and inspections
• Repairs and maintenance management, including liaising with landlords, tenants and maintenance providers
• Coordinating advertising and Social Media marketing
• General property management administration tasks where required

The Person

The ideal candidate for the role of Property Officer will have/be:

• Current NSW Certificate of Registration and/or Real Estate License
• Effective time management skills and ability to multi-task
• A winning attitude
• First class written and verbal communication skills
• Impeccable time management and organisational skills
• Current Driver's Licence and a reliable vehicle
