Due to growth in their business, they are seeking to appoint a Property Manager to work alongside a team of fun, dedicated and talented individuals who love what they do, proudly servicing the Western Suburbs & the Hills District of Sydney.

The Position
In the role of Property Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Managing a portfolio of 150 residential properties
- Develop strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Conduct inspections
- Deal with maintenance requests for the portfolio, admin, compliance
- Represent the landlord at tribunal hearings
- Minimise rental arrears
The Person
The ideal candidate for the role of Property Manager will have:
- Previous Property Management experience
- Current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
- First class communication and customer service
- Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving ability
- Impeccable personal presentation
- Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle
- Ideally residing in Greater Western Sydney
