The Position

In the role of Senior Property Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Manage an exceptionally well-maintained portfolio of approximately 230 properties
  • Strong focus on developing relationships and servicing clients
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with landlords and tenants
  • Coordinate repairs and maintenance requests
  • Manage arrears and conduct rent reviews
  • Resolve escalated issues and complaints

The Person

The ideal candidate for the role Senior Property Manager will have:

  • A solid background in property management minimum of 4 years experience in residential property management
  • Current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
  • Proficiency in property management software - Property Tree & Inspection Manager
  • A natural relationship builder with exemplary customer service
  • Immaculate personal presentation
  • Strong negotiation and conflict resolutions skills
  • Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle
