An exciting opportunity has now become available for an experienced Senior Property Manager to take over a medium-sized and local portfolio. You will be backed up by an extremely efficient and well-resourced department that offers full leasing, accounts and administration support - meaning less time bogged down in paperwork and more time to service your clients and secure new managements!

The Position

In the role of Senior Property Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Manage a medium-sized portfolio of properties
  • Conduct ingoing, outgoing and periodic inspections with assistance from leasing
  • Liaise with landlords and tenants and nurture relationships
  • Organise repairs and maintenance work orders
  • Minimise and maintain rental arrears
  • Conduct rent reviews and process lease renewals
  • Process rental applications and sign up new tenants



The Person

The ideal candidate for the role of Property Manager will have:

  • Previous experience in property management is essential
  • Current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
  • Knowledge of Property Tree highly advantageous
  • A love of people, networking and relationship building is a must
  • You will be a real hunter with a flair for business development who can grow a portfolio
  • Exceptional communication skills and A Grade personal presentation
  • Someone who thrives in a team environment and isn't afraid to get their hands dirty
  • Valid driver's licence and a reliable vehicle
