An exceptional opportunity has now become available for an experienced Senior Property Manager to join this business based in their office in the Sutherland Shire. The Position

In the role of Senior Property Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Lead and manage a Leasing Consultant and PM
  • Managing a portfolio of 180 properties
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with landlords
  • Attend to any serious repairs and maintenance requests
  • Manage arrears and conduct rent reviews
  • Resolve escalated issues and complaints



The Person

The ideal candidate for the role of Senior Property Manager will have:

  • A solid background in property management
  • Current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
  • Knowledge of PropertyTree an advantage
  • A natural relationship builder with exemplary customer service
  • Immaculate personal presentation
  • Strong negotiation and conflict resolutions skills
  • The ability to oversee more junior staff
  • Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle
