The Position:

In the role of Commercial Property Manager, your key focus will be working on a meticulously maintained portfolio and overall performing the below duties:

  • Manage a well looked after portfolio of 115 commercial properties
  • Develop strong relationships with landlords and tenants
  • Manage repairs and maintenance requests
  • Conduct rental appraisals, rental increases, and lease renewals
  • Minimise rental arrears and oversee insurance and compliance
  • Conduct inspections of properties

The Person:

The ideal candidate for the role of Commercial Property Manager will have:

  • A background in Commercial Property Management
  • Current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
  • Ability to work autonomously once trained up!
  • Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
  • A great attitude and a love for property
  • Immaculate personal presentation
  • Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle
