Brand New Today! Our client is one of the largest Development and Construction companies in NSW and due to growth are now on the lookout for a Sales Host to join their team in their stunning display suites, showcasing their premium developments.

Presenting some of the most exquisite and well-built properties, this client wants the best to represent the best! Being around for over 20+ years, our client knows a thing or two about how to care for their staff.

Based out of a stunning display suite, we are on the lookout for a Sales Host to join the team.

The Position
The main duties and responsibilities of the Sales Host will include:

• Manage the display suite and ensure it is always looking presentable for clients.
• Work hand in hand with sales agents to work with buyers.
• Must be available to work every Saturday + Sunday
• Help with the back-end sales process and marketing as well as general administration duties.

The Person
The ideal candidate for the role of Sales Host role will have:

• Previous experience in Real Estate preferred, but not essential - attitude and drive is more important.
• Must have a current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence.
• Immaculate personal presentation.
• Exceptional people skills and a genuine drive to achieve results.
• First class written and verbal communication skills.
• Valid driver's licence and reliable car.
• Strong problem solving and conflict resolution skills.
